Haha. I was actually reading a similar article on gizmodo at lunch today. It's not that far off though, the actual page currently shows Fallout 3, Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Command and Conquer the First Decade, and 100-disc DVD+R pack. :P

I see the gizmodo guy had the same problem I did, I had a hard time finding a product called "Top Selling Male Masturbator Kit" on amazon. So the screenshot is definitely faked, I'm not sure why they did that when they didn't have to.
I found several "fleshlight", and yeah I saw it had real similar stuff on it, if I click 11 times past lubricants and porn videos. Or one click on the left arrow takes me to the end of the list and there's tons of videogames there, worthy of screenshotting.
