sounds cool. twitch shouldn't be hurt by it since it will probably be used more by friends watching eachother play.

At the moment if you broadcast publicly, other people can crash your game. Also K2 there are broadcast tabs in community hubs and you can easily find the most watched broadcast. I think it may contend with Twitch, especially considering Steam Broadcasting runs so damn well. Playing Far Cry 4 at max, I didn't notice any loss in performance.

Also at the moment don't broadcast publicly, there's a bug that lets viewers crash a players game.
